What? Learn chords Improve on stage confidence and stage presence.	How? I have learnt a small variety of chords in a Jazz style chord progress with the help of my Bass teacher. I now feel more confident with this skill. I need to do more shows to develop more confidence for playing live.

What? Improve slap technique	How? Practise slap technique more Get help from my bass teacher I have made progress in improving my slap technique, but still need to further develop.

Revised Short Term Targets
What? Improve on stage confidence and stage presence.  I need to work on my picking technique	How? I have partly improved my stage presence, I have done this by improving my interaction with fellow musicians on stage which has helped my confidence whilst performing. I will do this my practising more with playing with a pick.
Revised Medium Term Targets
What? Improve slap technique	How? I have drastically improved my slapping technique, but still need to do more practise to improve my slapping speed. I also need to improve on my popping technique which will in turn help my slap technique improve.
